Microsoft's Next Xbox Console to Launch in 2013

According to multiple hardware manufacturers and middleware companies, the next generation Xbox is indeed real and may debut at 2013's E3 expo.

Currently being dubbed "Xbox Next," the next gen Xbox is expected in stores for the holiday season of 2013, as 2012 will be dedicated to Microsoft promoting the current Xbox 360 console along with the Kinect and Windows phone.

Early reports are also leaking in regarding who is currently developing for the new console with rumors that Lionhead Studios is working on the next installment in its Fable series and that Epic Games is working on a next generation version of its Unreal Engine. EA Studios also is rumored to have the new console technology on disks; however, this and every other rumor about the next Xbox console has either been denied or not commented on by Microsoft.
