I Am Alive Emerges From the Rubble in an Official Release
Despite being absent from 2011's E3 lineup and having little to no information forthcoming from Ubi Soft, I Am Alive has been officially announced for release on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Set in an earthquake-ravaged Chicago, protagonist Adam Collins must survive the deformed environment, savage quake survivors and dehydration in order to find his missing girlfriend among the ruins. Game play will take place from a third-person perspective and will combine exploration and platforming play along with manipulating the environment. Collins can use empty guns to scare enemies, use water bottles to prevent dehydration, and drive vehicles to get to different locations.
I Am Alive is set to be released digitally through XBLA and PSN. While there was no specific date given, the latest game play trailer (below) reveals a release sometime during the winter.
